Terms and Conditions of BIKEBOARD E-shop
1. Introductory Provisions of the Terms and Conditions
The seller establishes these terms and conditions, valid for purchases on the e-shop https://www.bikeboard.store. The terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the contractual parties when using the seller's website located at https://www.bikeboard.store to conclude a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the "website") and other related legal relationships. The seller may change or supplement the wording of the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect the rights and obligations arising during the validity of the previous version of the terms and conditions.
2. Seller
The seller is understood to be the operator of the e-shop at https://www.bikeboard.store, which is Unique Ideas s.r.o., Příčná 129/3, 779 00 Olomouc, Company ID: 17082374, registered in the Company Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, under file number C 89171.
3. Order, Purchase Contract
The proposal to conclude a purchase contract is the placement of the offered goods by the seller on https://www.bikeboard.store. The purchase contract is concluded, unless otherwise stated below, by sending the order by the buyer and accepting the order by the seller. The seller will promptly confirm this acceptance to the buyer by an informative email to the email address provided by the buyer in the order.
4. Goods
Goods are understood to be the products offered by the seller through the e-shop for sale on the website https://www.bikeboard.store. The seller undertakes to deliver flawless goods to its customers in accordance with the specifications and properties stated in the detail of the given goods.
5. Price
The amount listed for each individual item of goods includes VAT. The price of the goods is valid for the period during which it is published. However, this amount does not include the costs of delivering the goods to the buyer, which are listed separately. The final amount that the buyer will pay for the goods, including delivery, is stated at the end of the order and will be confirmed by the seller by sending an order confirmation to the buyer's email. The invoice issued based on the buyer's binding order is a tax document.
6. Payment Method
The buyer is entitled to choose one of the following payment methods when purchasing goods:

• Cash on delivery in case of personal pickup
7. Delivery Time and Shipping Options
The delivery period is calculated from the date the order is received by the seller.
If the ordered goods are in stock, the seller undertakes to dispatch the goods and hand them over to the carrier within 2 working days.
The delivery period varies according to the delivery zone:

ZONE 1 – Czech Republic:
Free shipping, delivery within 5 working days. -
ZONE 2 – European Union countries:
Shipping to the countries listed below* at a flat rate of €100, delivery within 5 working days. -
ZONE 3 – Non-EU countries:
Shipping to the countries listed below** at a flat rate of €230, delivery within 10 working days.
* Zone 2 countries (EU members):
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
** Zone 3 countries (non-EU):
Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland), the United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Orders from other countries can be arranged individually after contacting the seller by e-mail.
Any customs duties and other import-related charges for deliveries to Zone 3 countries shall be borne by the buyer.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason, in accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer may withdraw from the contract by means of the return form available on the website or by e-mail to info@bikeboard.store. The seller shall confirm receipt of the form without undue delay by e-mail. The buyer is obliged to return the goods complete and in undamaged condition to the seller’s address specified in Section 2 of this document without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the purchase contract. In the event that incomplete or damaged goods are returned, the seller is entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the missing or damaged parts of the goods. The funds will be returned to the account specified in the return form, using the same method by which the payment was received, unless the buyer specifies otherwise. The return of the goods is free of charge for the buyer; the seller shall bear the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller.
9. Complaints and Warranty
The seller is responsible for defects that the sold goods have at the time of receipt by the buyer and for defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty on the goods is provided for a period of 24 months unless otherwise stated. Complaints must be made in writing to the seller's email address or through the complaint form on the website. The goods must be returned to the seller along with the proof of purchase.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute arising from the purchase contract between the seller and the buyer, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the buyer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:

11. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes the buyer's personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details on personal data protection are provided in the Privacy Policy document available on the seller's website.
12. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on the day they are published on the seller's website. All legal relationships arising based on these terms and conditions are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic. If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
